Lukano Liberation Army is the Military Organization located in Lukano, Astigos Island. This organization led by Alicia's elder brother, Daniel Winston and his second-in-command, Jake Hernandez.
Some of the members led by Daniel Winston and Jake Hernandez found the tactical missiles but were captured by the Zagorias Federation Army. Jake, only wanting money, betrayed the Lukano Liberation Army during his capture by revealing information about it. It is not known if Alicia replaces him.
