When he was 10 years of age, an internal war in the Bruno family left him as the sole survivor.[1] Soon after, he was adopted by a police officer who treated him like he was his son. Vowing to live a righteous life like he wanted, he served as a member of Italy's Nucleo Operativo Centrale di Sicurezza (NOCS) SWAT Team prior to his service as a V.S.S.E. agent. While not in service by the V.S.S.E., Giorgio serves as a chef for a high-end Milano restaurant, famous for his lasagna.[1]
Giorgio can be quiet due to his past, but can be passionate and beauty but sarcastic at times.
Crisis Missions[]
Due to Giorgio and Evan Bernard fighting Wild Dog (like all V.S.S.E. agents before them), the International Intelligence Agency has had enough. Although Giorgio and Evan were partners only for 1 year, they're a trustworthy pair. Newer agents would have to fight Giorgio and Evan before getting into a simulated fight against Wild Dog, who's in really Richard Miller. The Ace of V.S.S.E. in disguise, upon the recruit passing the final drill, assures newer agents upon passing those drills, are ready to fight Wild Dog in the real world, for which the V.S.S.E. required of.
Gameplay[]
- On "Full Mission", the number of life units Giorgio has is 6 on very easy difficulty, decreasing by 1 per one level of increasing difficulty for up to 2 life units on very hard difficulty (hardest difficulty).
- Giorgio's starting ammunition capacity for each weapon with limited ammunition is as follows: 150 machine gun rounds, 30 shotgun shells and 2 grenades. Maximum ammunition capacity of each weapon with limited ammunition is as follows: 300 machine gun rounds, 50 shotgun shells and 5 grenades. When fighting against beetle Terror Bites, William Rush will give 80 machine gun rounds if he has 80 or less machine gun rounds. For PlayStation 3 version linked play, he will receive 80 machine gun rounds if he or his partner Evan has 80 or less machine gun rounds. This does not happen in Stage 2 Area 1/Chapter 8 when they first appear but happens in the 4th screen battle. Similarly when fighting against mosquito Terror Bites, Rush will give 20 shotgun shells if he has 10 or less shotgun shells. On "Full Mission", all weapons are refilled, if there is less than starting amount after a chapter is completed, up to starting ammunition capacity. In Stage 3 Area 3, Rush will always give up to a maximum of 3 stacks of machine gun ammunition totalling 297 rounds while in Chapter 15 of the "Full Mission" a maximum of 2 stacks of machine gun ammunition totalling 198 rounds due to the above mentioned automatic refill to starting ammunition capacity. Hence, it is impossible to start Chapter 15 with less than maximum ammunition capacity of 300 machine gun rounds.
