The Drugged Soldiers are zombie-like enemies in Time Crisis 5. They appear to be Regular Soldiers that have been given the unnamed pain and fear negating drug. Unfortunately for them, the drug also robbed them of their humanity and complex mental processing, causing them to mindlessly rush towards their foes when attacking even though they have Glock 17 handguns which are holstered. They are similar to the Regular Soldiers but do not wear any shirt. Veins are seen protruding from their skin and their skins have spots, possibly as the side effects of the drug. They are armed with serrated gladii, and are still capable of running despite their drunken-like stupor. Unlike the Regular Soldiers (except dark blue type soldiers), they each take 3 handgun shots on any part of the body except the head because a head shot will instantly kill each of them.
They appear in stages 5-1 and 5-3 (second half of Wild Fang's fight).

Trivia
- They are similar to the Rogan Commandos from the House of the Dead III because they are also zombified soldiers. The differences are that while the Rogan Commandos are much faster, have parts of their uniforms torn off or damaged, and go down quickly if shot at any part of their body, the Drugged Soldiers move slower, more bulletproof and only go down quickly by headshots.
- As for their attitude of rushing towards their foes, they are similar to the Civilian Militia from Razing Storm.
